The Effects of Tannin-Coated and High-Efficiency Zinc Replacing Conventional Zinc Oxide on Growth Performance in Weaned Piglets

After weaning piglets, initially use 1000 g/t of coated tannins (Weichangning, Anchangfen M50) combined with 1000 g/t of conventional zinc oxide. Later on, switch to 1200 g/t of coated tannins (Weichangning, Anchangfen M50) plus 200 g/t of highly effective zinc (Haoke Zinc), which can replace the previous 2000 g/t of conventional zinc oxide while further enhancing weight gain, reducing feed-to-meat ratio, and improving the overall performance of weaned piglets.

The Effect of Tannin-Coated Feed on Growth Performance in Nursery Piglets When Zinc Is Partially Replaced with an Efficient Alternative to Zinc Oxide

Coating with tannins combined with a low-dose, highly effective zinc oxide can completely replace conventional zinc oxide, thereby improving the production performance of nursery pigs. At the same effective dose, Weichangning demonstrates slightly better effects on nursery pig performance compared to Anchangfen M40.

The Impact of Replacing Partial Zinc Oxide with Different Formulations of Tannin Products on the Growth Performance of Weaned Piglets

Adding 1,000 g/t Anchangfen M40 plus 1,000 g/t ZnO to the basal diet of weaned piglets effectively replaced 2,000 g/t conventional zinc oxide, significantly improving the production performance of weaned piglets.
